Lashihai Lake

Lashihai Lake is the center of the Lashihai Watersheld Nature Reserve, total is about 265.6 Square meters. It is the heaven for the migratory birds, there are about 70 species, 30,000 birds come here to through the winter from end of Oct. to early April every year, it is best place for the people to birdwatching. It represents how harmony the humanity and nature get together! There is abundant nature and culture resource.

There are not only animals, plants, forests and water resource, but also there is variety culture: there are about 28 villages, 20,000 residents including Naxi, Yi, Han and very few Tibetan. The Tibetan mostly lives in the one of the biggest Tibetan Buddhism Temple in Lijiang----Zhiyun Temple. The life of local was effected a little bit by the outside, but their traditional custom and culture still remains. There is a lot of crops and economic plants.
